  • Measurement Equipment Suppliers (MES)
• Proposed Process (to start the discussion)
  
  • MES develops equipment based on group criteria (i.e. zero G channel)
  • EM ships to EM via EC using tracking numbers
  • Receiving EM downloads data (via e-mail, FTP, web site ...) with tracking number to PUR/PC for consolidation and analysis. (tracking number is used to identify where the recorded events took place in the EC system)
  • Receiving EM then ships to another EM (continued loop)
  • PUR/PC conducts analysis and develops report based on criteria established by overall group.
  • Two or three PUR/PC could be used, similar to a double-blind analysis.
